International Wine Tourism Conference (IWINETC) Early Bird Registration

Presentation at IWINETC 2013

If you are in the tourism or wine industry, prepare yourself for the 6th Annual International Wine Tourism Conference to take place in Tbilisi, Georgia. The conference is scheduled for March 28 and March 29, 2014. The conference is geared toward travel agents, wineries, restaurants, bloggers, writers and more.

The conference takes place at the Tbilisi Marriott Hotel that has seen 100 years of history. A number of renowned people have stayed at the hotel including John Steinbeck, Jean Paul Sartre and Margaret Thatcher.

Georgia wine has a long history that has been traced back to 6th century BC. When visiting Tbilisi, I am looking forward to learning about and tasting some of the Georgian grape varieties and seeing some of the historic winemaking equipment. Some of my goals during our visit to Georgia include discovering the culture, food and architecture as well as taking numerous photos.

According to the IWINETC website the registration fees include:

Access to conference talk and after conference activity program
Access to exhibitor area
Morning coffee break and full lunch
Access to wine tasting area and wine tastings
Certificate of attendance

Early Bird Registration is available now. To register for the Conference go to http://www.iwinetc.com/2014georgia/register/.

When you make plans to attend IWINETC, plan to stay a few extra days.

Cheers!
Kathy
