Celebrate Earth Day Tomorrow By Planting A Grapevine

Tomorrow Tuesday, April 22 from 12Noon to five pm, Pearmund Cellars in Broad Run, Virginia is celebrating Earth Day in a special way. This creative winery is hosting an Earth Day event that includes planting a grapevine and a glass of Pearmund Cellars wine.

In addition to enjoying a glass of wine, participants will be able to plant their very own Earth Day grapevine. They will also receive an official certificate and a row number to enable you to keep an eye on your grapevine as it grows over the years.

This Earth Day event is only $15 per person. Reservations are suggested – call 540-347-3475 or email.

Note: This summer Pearmund Cellars is participating in a cruise. The “Melodies of the Danube” cruise takes place June 17 to June 27. Chris Pearmund, owner of Pearmund Cellars and winemaker, will be the host. The cruise destinations include: Budapest, Vienna, Linz, Prague, Vilshofen and several more.
