While some enjoy finding a wine that will match well with holiday food, others prefer a wine that is tailor made for the holidays. Ferrate Winery in Geneva Ohio produces a wine called Celebration Spice that is perfect for the holidays.

If you want a mulled wine, just open a bottle of Celebration Spice and heat in a crock pot or on the stove top. Add a couple of cinnamon sticks. The wine is sweet and if you want it a bit crispy, slice some oranges and lemons and add to the wine.

The dark red wine had a Christmas aroma. There were spices on the taste especially cloves, cinnamon and allspice. The sweet finish yielded to cloves.
