Ponte Family Estate Winery located on Rancho California Road in Temecula, CA focuses on contributing to charities located in the region specifically to help children in need. During 2010 they have been supporting The Oak Grove Center, Rancho Damacitas, CASA, Angel Flight, The My Stuff Bags Foundation and The Temecula Murrieta Community Pantry.

During November the winery is holding a Blanket Drive. These will be given to homeless children this winter. This is an opportunity to help children by searching through your closets for no longer used blankets and sleeping bags. Do you have blankets that are no longer being used? Check around your home and see what you can find to help keep children warm this winter. Anyone who donates blankets at Ponte will receive a discount in the tasting room or Ponte restaurant.
