Tennessee Food & Wine Festival

The University of Tennessee is sponsoring the annual  Tennessee Food & Wine Festival on October 21-22. The two-day annual festival in Knoxville helps with scholarships and gives work experience to students who are studying Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management.

On Friday, October 21, ticket holders can enjoy  food, wine and beer educational sessions. Friday will also have interactive kids culinary classes and demonstrations.

Saturday has an array of activities including more education sessions, a gala dinner, kids culinary classes, more than 100 Tennessee wine and food booths including samples, and the sharing of recipes by regional and international chefs. In addition attendees can also have fun with contests and giveaways.

The festival is a great way to learn more about Tennessee wines and enjoy southern hospitality!
