Check them out as there is a wide variety of wine related events. One of the unique events is the Surviving Tax Day Weekend. An unfortunate note for Virginia wine lovers: In Virginia events involving barrel tastings are no longer allowed. If you are planning to attend a barrel tasting event in Virginia contact the winery. It appears that Prohibition is alive in Virginia. I wonder what Thomas Jefferson, a lover of wine, would say about it.
