Avocado Season is Here; Enjoy this Recipe Created with White Wine

Avocado season is here!

According to the California Avocado Commission, avocados are a nutrient dense food, contain good fats, are naturally sodium and cholesterol free. In addition, “Avocados can act as a ‘nutrient booster’ by helping increase the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients like Vitamins A, D, K and E.” To learn more about the California Avocado Commission, be sure to visit their website. The website also includes numerous avocado recipes including some with wine as an ingredient.
