Capellini with Shrimp, Tomatoes, Arugula Recipe

Earlier this week during an online wine tasting with Ferrari-Carano wines, we mentioned the recipe from the winery’s website for Capellini with Shrimp, Tomatoes and Arugula. Terry prepared the recipe that included a 1/4 cup of the Fumé Blanc.

Enjoyable Ferrari-Canaro Wine Tasting

Last night was the Ferrari-Canaro Vineyards and Winery online wine tasting. Terry wrote haikus to describe the wines while I wrote brief descriptions. However, besides the quality of the wines I was very interested in the recipes that are on Ferrari-Carano website under Rhonda’s kitchen. The consensus of those tasting the wines and tweeting was that the wines were well-made and delicious.
