Enjoyable Ferrari-Canaro Wine Tasting

Last night was the Ferrari-Canaro Vineyards and Winery online wine tasting. Terry wrote haikus to describe the wines while I wrote brief descriptions. However, besides the quality of the wines I was very interested in the recipes that are on Ferrari-Carano website under Rhonda’s kitchen. The consensus of those tasting the wines and tweeting was that the wines were well-made and delicious.

The photography was of Tomato Basil Soup with Bread in a red clay vessel. Opening the book, I discovered recipes included three that use wine.
